Studio Manager | Westlake Village| Full Time

Here’s the down and dirty:

  • Managing front desk staff and teachers
  • Train and develop new hires
  • Greet clients, check them and provide them with anything they need for class
  • Maintain cleanliness of studio/facilities, keep up on laundry during shift, tidy retail
  • Handle client issues as they arise
  • Efficiently manage scheduling the front desk staff to ensure there is enough coverage during shifts
  • Manage teacher schedules/sub needs
  • Provide and role model awesome customer service at all times
  • Ensure studio personnel are completing duties and meeting highest level of service and knowledge around yoga, workshops and teacher trainings.
  • Follow up with staff regularly with both positive and guiding feedback
  • Plan, promote, prepare and meet operational needs of workshops and special events
  • Manage inventory of studio supplies and retail to ensure we do not run out
  • Create reports as needed from Mindbody
  • Special projects as needed
