Duties:
- Welcome and check in clients with a friendly, warm demeanor
- Assist with client issues and defer to supervisors when needed
- Maintain studio and facility cleanliness
- Laundry upkeep
- Reply to emails and incoming SMS
- Organize Retail Floor
- Support team in meeting Retail Sales Goals
- Support team in meeting Membership Sales Goals
- Lead Management
- Contributes to Lead Generation, Conversion, and Retention
- Keep open lines of communication with Management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Understanding of basic cash-processing procedures
- Functional computer skills
- Experience with MindBody is a plus
