Duties:

  • Welcome and check in clients with a friendly, warm demeanor
  • Assist with client issues and defer to supervisors when needed
  • Maintain studio and facility cleanliness
  • Laundry upkeep 
  • Reply to emails and incoming SMS
  • Organize Retail Floor 
  • Support team in meeting Retail Sales Goals 
  • Support team in meeting Membership Sales Goals
  • Lead Management 
  • Contributes to Lead Generation, Conversion, and Retention 
  • Keep open lines of communication with Management 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Understanding of basic cash-processing procedures
  • Functional computer skills
  • Experience with MindBody is a plus
