2 yoga classes daily, led by Layna Dakin and Missy Fresques. Afternoon classes will be creative and very different than the morning classes.
Breakfast and smoothies post yoga daily, 5 dinners and 5 lunches are included. Our catered meals will be prepared by a private chef featuring creative, local, organic, and will be both vegan and seafood based.
A massage is included during the week for each retreat attendee. There will be free time to wonder around Sayulita, you’ll find plenty to buy in the way of art, gifts, and clothing, the town is pretty affordable. And of course, a world class beach for surfing and lounging within steps of our hotel.
Pricing $1,450per person for a shared room, $1,825 for a single. There is a $100 discount if your deposit is received by January 15th, 2022. (Deposit of $250 holds your space, and becomes non-refundable as of 1-10-2022)

We can take a $250 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot through Jan, 15 2022. Any payments made in full prior to February 15, 2022, are refundable except for $250 which is not. room preference will be made to those who paid in full when paid in full. Payment in fill made by January 15th, 2020 will generate a $100 discount.

Yogis are responsible for booking their own airfare. We suggest flying into Puerto Vallarta. From there, Sayulita is a 40-minute drive. We will accumulate everyone’s travel arrangements and hire vans. Expect to pay about $40 roundtrip.
Arrive anytime after 2 pm on the 10th , departure is 11 am on the 16th.
What To Pack:
Bring super casual sandals sneakers to hike, comfy shoes to walk to town, lightweight causal clothing, a yoga mat and multiple sets of yoga clothing. The weather will be mid 80s during the day mid 60s at night. Sunscreen and extras can also be purchased in town.
Food included in the retreat will be organic fair and fish, no poultry no meat. Unless the group votes to have dinner together, one night of dinner on your won, as the city is close, fun to explore and has great eating options.
REMINDER: Please let us know if you have any unusual dietary restrictions. There will be vegan options.
How Much Cash Is Needed:
Sayulita is inexpensive, but if you go shopping for clothing or ART most places can take cards. There are cash exchanges all over town.
