Shift Supervisor

Duties

  • Welcome and check in clients with a friendly, warm demeanor
  • Assist with client issues and defer to supervisors when needed
  • Clean studio between classes
  • Maintain studio and facilities cleanliness
  • Laundry upkeep 
  • Answer phones
  • Keep retail area organized
  • Cash drawer and reporting at end of each shift
  • Keep track of retail sales during shifts
  • Oversee supporting front desk staff and delegate tasks as needed
  • Train new hires
  • Manage staff on shift/delegate tasks when necessary
  • Keep open communication lines with Management
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Understanding of basic cash-processing procedures
    • Functional computer skills
  • Experience with MindBody or MarianaTek
