ABOUT OUR INFRARED HEATING

Sweat is renowned for its state-of-the-art infrared heating system, humidity, and oxygenated air circulation system to ensure the air you breathe is of the highest quality. Our high ceiling studios are heated to approximately 105 degrees to ensure maximal benefits from your practice. The temperature and humidity are adjusted throughout each class to set our students up for success.

Detoxify your skin, enjoy better quality sleep, tone your muscles, relax your mind and recover quickly.

The heat does add an additional layer of challenge to the practice, and we encourage you to listen to your body and take breaks when you need. Our students love it!

Get ready to move in our signature class! Sweat Flow is a mindful intermediate vinyasa-inspired class that guides students through more creative sequencing, building off foundational postures. First, connect to your breath and open the body in a warm up. Then, move through three vinyasa-based flows, each with time that allows you to flow independently, accompanied by groovy music. Class winds down with a few motivating long holds to strengthen the body, followed by grounded stretching postures and a sweet savasana. Students can expect to experience increased flexibility, strength, stability, and overall calmness and clarity.

Sweat Chizle is similar to our signature Sweat Flow, but combines yoga with strength training to sculpt and increase stamina. Warm up with two vinyasa-based flows, each with time that allows you to flow independently. Then, integrate light hand weights into a total body workout designed to power up every major muscle group, accompanied by upbeat music. The long holds section is a bit longer and incorporates strength moves to boost metabolism and build lean muscle. Grab your weights, or choose to forgo the weights completely! Class finishes with the same cool down as our Flow class.

Get ready to ignite your entire body! This popular class starts with a vinyasa-based yoga flow warm up, then launches into a steady-paced total body strength workout that combines upper body, ab and glute isolation exercises to strengthen and tone these all-important muscles. Each circuit allows you time to move independently, while grooving to upbeat music. Integrate light hand weights into moves like double crunches, glute bridges and chest flyes to build your chest, arms, abs and booty in no time. This class is scalable for all strength levels and incorporates the same cool down as our Flow and Chizle classes.

Get ready to ignite your abs and booty! This popular class starts with a vinyasa-based yoga flow warm up, then launches into a steady-paced strength workout that combines lower body, ab and glute isolation exercises to strengthen and tone these all-important muscles. Each circuit allows you time to move independently, while grooving to upbeat music. Integrate light hand weights into moves like double crunches, glute bridges and reverse lunges to build your abs, legs and booty in no time. This class is scalable for all strength levels and incorporates the same cool down as our Flow and Chizle classes.

candlelit yin (Heated)

Relax and restore into this calming class with meditative stretches and soothing music. Open your hips, release your lower back, and work out the kinks in your chest and shoulders. An excellent practice for beginners, this class involves a series of passive seated and supine postures, typically held for 3-5 minutes at a time. Yin is the perfect supplement to more active classes like Chizle, giving students of all levels plenty of time to explore the unique benefits of individual poses. A true gift for your body, Yin will have you feeling lighter and clearer than ever.

guided flow

Guided Flow is a foundational vinyasa-style class that focuses on alignment, breath and movement to set students up for success in our Sweat Flow formats. The Guided Flow sequence is a mindful strengthening flow available to students of all levels, especially beginners. Learn any necessary modifications to open your entire body at a manageable pace, accompanied by groovy music. Typical Guided Flows contain a mixture of strong standing postures and deep stretches to achieve your most functional body!

Flow Burn is a mindful variation of our signature Flow class. This vinyasa-inspired experience builds off foundational postures and is available to students of all levels, especially beginners! First, connect to your breath and open the body at a manageable pace in a grounded warm up. Then move through a shoulder and wrist-friendly flow without chaturangas (high to mid push ups), with time that allows you to flow independently, accompanied by groovy music. The Flow Burn class arcs with a series of longer held standing postures and core work to encourage mindful focus and detoxification, followed by grounded stretching postures and a relaxing savasana. Students can expect to experience increased flexibility, strength, stability, and overall calmness and clarity.
