Class Policies

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class, or your spot may be released if we have a waitlist.

    • Entry will not be permitted past the 5 minute mark of class start time - please be on time.

  • Class reservations must be canceled 6 hours in advance of class start time or late cancel/ no show terms apply.*

    • No-Show/Late Cancel fees:

      • Single class and Class Pack holders will lose the class credit used to book the class. 

      • New Student 2 Weeks Unlimited and Unlimited Monthly Members students will be charged a $20 no-show/late cancel fee.

      • 4x/Monthly and 8x/Monthly members forfeit class credit. Class Package holders as well as 4x/ and 8x/ Monthly members forfeit class credit upon late cancellation/no show.

  • All students are restricted to reserving a maximum of 2 classes per day.

  • Cell phones, shoes, bags and other belongings are not permitted in class. Please use a cubby or locker in the studio

  • Class credits are non-transferable, unless part of a Sweat Yoga promotion.

  • All class sales are nonrefundable.

  • Class Packages can not be frozen. Class packages expire 12 months from first visit. 

  • Guest Passes: To redeem your guest pass, please contact your home studio with your name, your friend’s name and email, and the class you would like to bring them to.

  • Minors: 12 – 15 years old may participate in classes only with a parent or legal guardian present and attending the class. | 16 – 17 years old may participate in classes without a parent or guardian, but the parent or guardian must agree to Terms & Conditions on their behalf. | No one under 12 years of age may take a Sweat Yoga class.  

  • Monthly Memberships: Membership suspension is available for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 3 months. Contract termination requests must be made in writing and sent via email to your home studio. Early on Monthly Membership cancellations will result in a $100 penalty.

    • Membership Terms:

      • All memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment. 

      • 4x/Monthly and 8x/Monthly Credits do not roll over. 

      • Memberships will auto-renew monthly, termination by request only - Early Contract Termination for any recurring Monthly Membership will result in a $100 penalty.

      • Membership termination requests must be made in writing (3) days before your auto renewal and sent via email to your home studio, no other form of communication is acceptable.

      • Membership suspension is available for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 3 months. - Please note we cannot add retroactive suspensions to your membership, requests must be made in writing (3) days before suspension start date and sent via email to your home studio.
