We do not allow for either cash or credit card returns on any merchandise or class packages.

We do allow memberships and class packages to be frozen if you have a medical situation or are traveling. Memberships can be suspended for up-to 30 days per year and a total of no more then 3 times per year.

We allow class packages to be frozen twice during their term.

In the event a credit is to be issued, we will issue credit assigned to your account with no expiration as to when it can be used. The credit can be used to pay for anything we sell. These credits are not transferable.

This policy is in effect during our Covid 19 interruptions.  We recognize our openings and closings are not under our control and will treat any request fairly, but we cannot refund any purchases.
